Palace Capital has posted a 1.6% fall in net asset value (NAV) for the year to the end of March and unveiled plans to convert to a REIT.
NAV dropped to £180.3m, from £183.3m last year, partly as a result of a reduction in the share price of regional office investor Circle Property. Palace Capital acquired a 5% stake in the company at the end of last year.
