Net asset value (NAV) at Regional REIT nudged down during the year to 31 December, despite an increase in rent roll and portfolio valuation.
IFRS NAV per share dipped to 97.4p from 97.5p a year earlier, but rent roll leapt 12.3% to £72.1m as the value of the portfolio rose 23.7% to £906.1m.
