Net asset value (NAV) at Schroder European REIT dipped during the first half of its financial year as the company swung to a loss.
NAV fell €4.7m (£4m) to €197.1m for the six months to the end of March, while the group registered a €700,000 loss compared to a profit of €4.8m at the same point in 2020.
