Landsec, the UK’s second largest listed property company, has posted a fall in net asset value (NAV) for the six months to end of September.
EPRA NAV per share fell 1.4% over the half-year to 1,384p, while the value of the group’s portfolio was again dragged down by the group’s retail assets to £14bn, from £14.1bn at the end of March.
