NAV nudges up at Target Healthcare

Cantley Grange Target Healthcare

Net asset value (NAV) at Target Healthcare REIT nudged up in the year to the end of June as rents across its care homes portfolio rose 24%.

NAV per share was up 1.7% compared to the previous year to 107.5p, while annual profit was up 8.2% to £29.9m.
