Net asset value (NAV) at UK Commercial Property REIT nudged up 0.5% in the year to the end of 2018, but NAV returns dropped by more than half.
NAV stood at £1.212bn, compared to £1.2bn in 2017, while NAV total return stood at 4.5%, compared to 12.2% a year earlier. The group also posted a 5.9% total return, which missed the MSCI IPD benchmark of 6.7%. However, over three years the portfolio has beaten the benchmark by returning 24%.
