Net asset value (NAV) at Residential Secure Income (ReSI) remained broadly flat during the final quarter of 2018.
ReSI, which invests in social housing stock, posted a 0.8% rise in NAV per share to 105.9p, and a total return for the three months to the end of December of 1.5%, taking the total return since IPO in July 2017 to 11.1%.
