Regional investor AEW UK REIT has reported a 4% rise in NAV in half year results for the period to 30 September.
The REIT reported a net asset value of £151.7m at the end of H1 compared to £146m at the end of March, driven by a 3.1% like-for-like valuation increase.
The vacancy rate has fallen from 7.10% at 31 March to 3.27% following the full letting of Orion House in Oxford and the third floor of Bath House in Glasgow.
