Social housing group Civitas posted a 5.8% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the six months to the end of September, as net rental income rose 6%.
NAV per share came in at 114.8p, compared with 110.3p at the end of March, while net rental income stood at £26.6m, up from £25.1m a year earlier.
