Net asset value (NAV) at Residential Secure Income (ReSI) nudged up during the first three months of the year following growth in rental income.
NAV per share at the affordable shared ownership group increased to 107.9p during the first quarter, compared to 105.9p at the end of December, resulting in a NAV total return for the quarter of 3.2p and taking the NAV total return to 4.7p for the year to date.
