NAV rises at Warehouse REIT

Warehouse REIT has posted a sharp rise in net asset value (NAV) and revenue for the six months to the end of September.

NAV during the six months came in at £647.4m, compared to £574.1m at the end of March, while revenue for the half-year stood at £23.4m compared to £15.7m at the same point last year.
