Net asset value (NAV) at Picton Property stood still during the year to the end of March, but earnings fell.
The group reported NAV per share remained at 93p for the year to the end of March 2020, but post-tax profit plunged to £22.5m from £31.m a year earlier. In 2018 post-tax profit stood at £64.2m.
