Notting Hill Genesis to use £106m surplus for £500m social homes investment

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is to make its largest ever social rented housing investment, totalling £500m over the next 10 years, after it recorded a £106.1m surplus before tax for the year to the end of March.
