OakNorth and Publicis chairs among Blend backers in £10m fundraise

Blend Network

Peer-to-peer property lending platform Blend Network has completed a £10m late-seed round of financing, securing backing from notable investors including OakNorth Bank chair Cyrus Ardalan and the family office of Publicis Group chairman Maurice Levy.

The platform, which launched earlier this year offering retail investors the opportunity to co-invest in deals with larger institutional investors, said the additional funding will allow it to “aggressively expand its deal underwriting and accelerate product development with the aim of being the number one peer-to-peer lending platform in the property space”.
