Octopus appoints industry veteran as BDM

Specialist lender Octopus Property has appointed 17-year industry veteran Paula Purdy as business development manager for the north of England

Purdy has joined from Shawbrook Bank and will be tasked with driving Octopus Property’s loan book growth in target cities in the north including Liverpool, Crewe and Warrington, reporting directly to head of sales D’mitri Zaprzala.
