Octopus raises £187m for healthcare fund

Specialist healthcare investor Octopus Healthcare has raised £187m for its evergreen UK care home fund.

Launched in 2010, the fund invests in purpose-built care homes for the elderly and converted to an open-ended structure in 2017.

The £187m raised for the fund came from both new and existing investors.
