OnTheMarket takes full ownership of proptech group Glanty

Property website OnTheMarket has exercised its call option to acquire the 80% of proptech group Glanty that it does not already own.

The acquisition will result in Glanty’s products and services being integrated into the OnTheMarket platform, and the development of its product offering to drive engagement with estate agents, housebuilders and consumers.
