Palace Capital boss Sinclair steps down after 12 years

Palace Capital’s co-founder Neil Sinclair is stepping down as chief executive after 12 years in the role with immediate effect.

Sinclair co-founded Palace Capital with Stanley Davis and Andrew Perloff in 2010 and has overseen the growth of the business, its move from AIM to the main market in 2018, and its conversion to become a REIT in 2019.
