Palace produces solid half-year figures

Palace Capital has posted a 1.4% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the first six months of its financial year.

NAV rose to 421p, compared to 415p at the end of March, while rental income rose during the six months to 30 September to £9.2m, compared to £7.1m at the same point last year. Pre-tax profit leapt to £8.4m from £4.9m at the same point last year, while the total accounting return stood at 4%.
