Scott Parsons has quit as managing director of Landsec’s retail portfolio after five years in the role.
Parsons will step down from the board with immediate effect, but his contract demands a notice period of one year, so he will remain at Landsec to assist the transition. While the search for Parsons’ replacement takes place Landsec’s chief executive Robert Noel will take control of the property giant’s retail portfolio.
