Persimmon suffers sales hit after ‘challenging’ final quarter of 2022

Persimmon is building 42% fewer homes since the government axed its annual target of 300,000 new home completions.

In the first three months of 2023, the housebuilding giant completed 1,136 homes compared to 1,950 during the same period a year earlier.
