PHP takes Irish portfolio past €100m

Primary Health Properties (PHP) has acquired three primary care centres in Ireland, increasing the gross value of the Irish portfolio to over €100m (£90m).

PHP ICAV, an Irish collective investment vehicle wholly owned by PHP, has bought Jellia Holdings for €38.6m. The company owns primary care centres at Navan Road in Dublin and in Newbridge and Celbridge, two commuter towns just outside Dublin in County Kildare.
