PHP to build one of UK’s first net zero healthcare centres

Primary Health Properties has agreed a deal to development one of the UK’s first net zero carbon (NZC) healthcare buildings.

The £6.7m scheme in Eastergate, West Sussex, will achieve NZC status by “measuring, minimising and offsetting” embodied carbon from materials used during construction as well as enabling occupiers to operate the building with NZC emissions.
