Net asset value (NAV) at Picton Property Income nudged up 1.7% during the final quarter of 2019, following a rise in the value of the group’s portfolio.
NAV per share rose from 93.6p at the end of September, to 95.2p at the end of the year, while total return during the quarter stood at 2.6%, up from 1.6% at the end of the previous quarter.
