Watkin Jones has posted a 10% rise in profit for the first half of the year off the back of a small rise in revenue.
For the six months to the end of March, the student accommodation and mixed residential group revealed a rise in pre-tax profit to £26m, while revenue during the period rose just 0.5% to £159.1m.
