RDI posts half-year rises in NAV and earnings

RDI, the FTSE 250 REIT, has posted 2.2% rise in net asset value (NAV) per share for the six months for the end of February, and a 12.8% rise in earning to £27.4m.

NAV per share came in at 42.3p for the six-month period, while the group’s portfolio value nudged up 0.3% to £1.65bn, compared to £1.54m at the end of August. The group’s loan to value nudged down 48%, from 50%.
