RDI sells Berlin shopping centre to Benson Elliot

RDI has sold the Schloss-Strassen Center in Berlin to private equity investor Benson Elliot for €65.5m (£58.3m), 16% below market value.

The disposal, which is another step on RDI’s exit from Germany, reflects a net initial yield of 6.6% and significantly below to the February valuation.
