Redevco and SFP enter UK BTR sector

Redevco and SFP Group have formed a joint venture agreement to invest in the UK Build to Rent (BTR) real estate market over the next two years.

The strategy will focus on repurposing existing commercial assets that offer potential for conversion residential-led mixed-use projects.
