Regional REIT has bought Norfolk House in Birmingham in an off-market transaction for £20m.
The deal for the 119,687 sq ft block equates to a net initial yield of 7.92%. The block is next to Birmingham New Street Station, the Bullring Shopping Centre and close to the proposed new HS2 station.
