Regional REIT has paid £10.3m to buy an office asset in one of Scotland’s leading business parks.

The office asset at Edinburgh Park comprises 43,676 sq ft over 3 floors, currently 100% let to John Menzies, an international aviation business and one of Scotland’s largest companies.
