Rent collection at Landsec improves despite £50m in Covid concessions

Landsec has handed out £50m in rent concessions since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the UK, the property giant has revealed.

In its latest update to investors the group said it had collected 76% of June quarter rent by the fifth day after payment was due.
