Residential Secure Income has declared an interim dividend of 1.25p a share for the three months to the end of September.
The company, which invests in shared ownership, retirement and local authority housing, told investors that 0.6p of the dividend will be paid as a property income distribution (PID) in respect of the company’s tax exempt property rental business and 0.65p will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend.
