Savills has postponed its annual general meeting following the government’s public health instructions to stay at home measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The agency, which has deferred the AGM from 6 May to 25 June 2020, said: “In reaching this decision, the board considered the health of the company’s shareholders, as well as its officers and employees to be of paramount importance.”
