Schroder REIT reveals annual leap in NAV and profit

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has posted a 6.4% rise in net asset value (NAV) and a 48% leap in profit in its annual results.

NAV per share stood at 68.2p for the year to 31 March, while profit was up to £33.8m, from £22.8m at the same point last year.
