SEGRO signs up Maersk at East Midlands logistic park

Industrial and logistics giant SEGRO has completed a pre-let deal with Maersk for a new warehouse at SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway.

The 685,000 sq ft warehouse, which will be designed specifically for the Danish shipping and logistics group, is scheduled for completion in June.
