Shaftesbury has reported a rise in net asset value (NAV) and profit for the first half of its financial year.
The real estate investment trust (REIT), which owns almost 15 acres of London’s West End, reported NAV per share up 3.3% to £9.83 for the six months to 31 March, compared to £9.52 at the same point last year.
