Shaftesbury posts annual NAV rise

Shaftesbury, the West End property group, has posted strong growth in net asset value in its annual results this morning.

NAV stood at £3bn at the end of September, compared to £2.6bn last year, while NAV per share rose by 4.1% to 9.87p at the year-end. EPRA earnings rose 14% year-on-year to £51.7m, while earnings per share rose 5.6% to 17.1p.
