Shurgard has £89m bid for rival 24Storage accepted

European storage group Shurgard has had its Swedish Krona1,075m (£89m) bid for 24Storage recommended by the group’s board.

24Storage told investors that the SEK72 per share bid was now backed by its board, in favour of a previous SEK62 per share bid fron T-C Storage BidCo.
