Sigma targets £1bn portfolio for PRS REIT as it reveals rise in NAV

Sigma Capital has posted an 11% rise in net assets per share to 45.1p for the year to 31 December, from 40.7p at the end of the previous year.

The group also revealed its focus was on achieving PRS REIT’s initial goal to create a £1bn-plus portfolio of 10,000-plus newly-built rental homes.
