Silbury lends £54m on three residential schemes

Silbury Finance has agreed loans totalling £54m to fund the development of three residential schemes in High Wycombe, Rochester and Stoke Newington.

The loans take Silbury’s total lending in the UK Living sector to £160m since it launched with backing from Oaktree in January.
