Sirius buys two German business parks

Sirius Real Estate has paid €33.4m (£28.5m) for two business parks in Germany.

The group has bought Neuss II, a business park near Düsseldorf, and Neuruppin Business Park, in the Brandenburg region, in a deal that reflects an net initial yield of 6.8%.
