Sirius Real Estate is set to recycle up to £80m of assets in the next six months after already turning around £20m in the first half of the year.
Chief executive of Sirius, Andrew Coombs, told Property Week: “We want to get the lazy capital out and we want to deploy it. Our aim is £80m to £100m of recycling in this financial year so could see another £60m recycled in the next six months.”
