Southwark gives Canada Water masterplan green light

British Land has won planning permission for its 53-acre masterplan at Canada Water in south east London.

The creation of a new town centre at the site passed a key milestone last night as Southwark Council’s planning committee granted planning permission for the mixed-use scheme.
