Scottish housebuilder Springfield Properties has posted a 69% leap in profit off the back off a 36% increase in revenue for the year to the end of May.
The group, which embarked on an aggressive expansion during the past 12 months, revealed a pre-tax profit of £16.5m, compared to £9.8m in the previous year, while revenue leapt to £190.8m from £140.7m last time.
