Springfield Properties has acquired a 400 acre site in West Lothian, Scotland, to develop 1,900-homes with a gross development value of more than £400m.

The scheme is located on the south west border of Livingston, the largest town in West Lothian and the seventh largest settlement in Scotland. The area has undergone rapid development and has one of the fastest growing populations in Scotland. As a result, the local council has committed to building 3,000 new homes by 2022, while between October 2017 and February 2018, Livingston residential property was the fastest selling in the UK.
