Stenprop collects three quarters of rent during health crisis

Industrial property group Stenprop has collected 73% of its quarterly rent and is in talks with tenants who are yet to agree payment terms.

The group said 79% of all rent invoiced was for the quarter commencing 25 March, of which 77% was paid by 15 April, while 21% of all rent invoiced was for April, of which 56% was paid by 15 April.
