Supermarket Income REIT has paid the Charities Property Fund (CPF) £45m for a Tesco Extra supermarket in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
Developed in 2007, the nine-acre site comprises a 90,000 sq ft Tesco Extra, approximately 530 parking spaces, and a petrol filling station. It is being acquired with an unexpired lease term of 20 years with annual, upward-only, RPI-linked rent reviews. The next rent review is in March 2020.
