Supermarket Income REIT has spent £82.9m for four assets across four different grocery brands for a combined net initial yield of 4.9%.
The group has acquired a Tesco superstore, M&S Foodhall and an Iceland in Chineham, Basingstoke, and the acquisition of an Asda supermarket in Carcroft, Doncaster.
