Supermarket REIT buys Tesco Extra store for £53m

Supermarket Income REIT has paid Legal & General Pensions £53m to buy a Tesco Extra supermarket in the north Lincolnshire town of Scunthorpe.

The deal reflects a net initial yield of 5.1%.
