Sutcliffe appointed chairman at PRS specialist Sigma

Former Countryside Properties boss Ian Sutcliffe has taken the helm at private rented sector specialists Sigma just four months after stepping down from the housebuilding giant.

Sutcliffe will become Sigma’s non-executive chairman with immediate effect. He stepped down as chief executive of Countryside at the turn of this year,  and was previously UK Chief Executive of Taylor Wimpey and chief operating officer of Segro.
